Hello I am interested in obtaining a permit for shooting at a shooting range in New York. Let me know the steps necessary to obtain a permit for firearms and fees. the amount of time and other useful information. I'm 22 years working part-time student with no criminal record. I received no summos. I have a driving license but no car (the insurance is too high, but that's another story).
My other question is, it is illegal to carry an unloaded rifle in a case of blocking public transport (bus, for example), because this is the right way if I wanted to go to the nearest beach. Thanks
