I do not know where you can get this cup, and I live in the Bay Area, but I know you can not cut glass, cut through any standard glass. I hear you can cut with high pressure water, but I have no idea if it works and I have no doubt that this is more expensive than buying new tempered glass. The glass must be cut, then soaked.
